• Integration services: another speciality of ours, this includes the integration of applications like Charles River IMS with external systems using standard or customised interfaces, with data validation, error handling and reporting built in as standard.
• Design and development of reliable and innovative bespoke software solutions: to meet clients’ business needs, our team is used to delivering quality custom applications that are built to meet the client’s current and future needs.
• Custom reports development: using Crystal, Active Reports and other technologies, our team develops consistently high quality reports as per our clients’ requirements from systems
  such as Charles River IMS and Eagle Pace/Star.
• Product support: for all bespoke applications developed by Blue Stream
  Consulting, plus expert service and support for South African Charles River
  IMS clients.
